IN ADVANCE THIS YEAR.  SEE MORE INFORMATION BELOW.

The Festival includes an arts and crafts display area that is open to festival visitors at no charge. It's a great opportunity to shop for and purchase beautiful, hand-made items.

You can take your time browsing, buying and ordering holiday gifts, decorations and home decorating items while the family enjoys the amusement rides, foods, free music and children's entertainment that's part of the festival.

Vendor spaces are available at reasonable rates.   Pre-registration and payment is due no later than Oct. 6 Registration and payment after Oct. 6 please add $25.00 to your total payment.   After Oct 6, payment by cash or money order only.

Spaces will be assigned a space on a first-come, first served basis. Those who register first, can request a space location. Please review the diagram below and include your request or state no preference.  The 14 Front Corner Spaces under Township tents require an additional $20 registration fee.

Note: There is not any electrical service available this year for vendor displays.  Electric for lighting only  in vendor tents will be made available. 

for all three days and set up on Friday will be able to retain their spots for the weekend as long as their tables remain in the location.

 

 

10’x5’ Crafter Spaces Under Festival Tents: 

 

$45 for 1 day,      Front corner space not available

$70 for 2 days     Add $20 for front corner space

$90 for 3 days     Add $20 for front corner space

10’ x 5’Retail Vendor Spaces Under Festival Tents: (those who do not make their items)

 $50 for 1 day,      Front corner space not available

$75 for 2 days      Add $20 for front corner space

$100 for 3 days   Add $20 for front corner space

Vendors With Their Own Cover: 

 

$15.00 per frontage foot, 1 or 2 days

$20.00 per frontage foot, 3 days

Sand Art and Face Painting

(limit to 3 vendors): 

Min.  fee $150

Lighting provided under Twp tents.

Electricity for lighting only - vendor tents

All Vendors supply your own tables and chairs.

 
Community Groups No charge for community groups who are registered not-for-profit organizations with a charitable and community service mission. Handouts must be approved prior to Festival.

 

 

Arts & Crafts, Retail Business and Community Registration Form

You may register to be a vendor in the Harvest Festival Arts and Crafts Show or a Retail Business or a Community Group by completing the following form and submitting it automatically by clicking on the "submit" button at the end of the form.  You may also print out a copy of the form, complete it, and mail or fax it as indicated below.

Note, any community or business groups planning to hand out literature at the event must submit it to the Recreation Committee in advance for approval.
