Farmers and Farm Market Owners

Invited To Display and Sell Produce at the Harvest Festival

As part of the celebration of the Deerfield Township Harvest Festival and to support the festival’s recognition of the community’s farming heritage, we are inviting farmers and area farm market owners to display and sell their farm produce at the festival’s jersey fresh farm market on Saturday and Sunday, noon to 10 PM .

·        There is no charge for your participation in the festival farm market.

·        The farm market area will be near the arts and crafts area in the middle of the harvest festival grounds in Rosenhayn.

·        Registration is required no later than Sept. 30 in advance by calling Roy Spoltore at 856-455-7348 or Tony Stanzione at 856-451-4200.

·        Space in the festival farm market area is limited and will be made available on a first-come, first-served basis.

·        If you have a successful weekend and wish to make a donation to support the festival, you may do so after the event by making a check payable to “Deerfield Township Recreation Trust Fund.”

·        We are expecting more than 25,000 people over the festival weekend so this should provide a good marketing and sales opportunity for you.

·        Sales in the farmer’s market area are limited to farm produce or locally produced processed food products.  You may not sell food items such as sandwiches and beverages since that is limited to the pre-approved food vendors.

·        You may not sell arts and crafts type items or other retail items other than farm produce without the festival’s permission and payment of the appropriate arts and crafts / retail business registration fees.
