PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ARTS, CRAFTS, RETAIL, BUSINESS AND COMMUNITY LOCATIONS

ARE BEING SELECTED / ASSIGNED IN ADVANCE THIS YEAR.  SEE MORE INFORMATION BELOW.

The Festival includes an arts and crafts display area that is open to festival visitors at no charge. It's a great opportunity to shop for and purchase beautiful, hand-made items.

You can take your time browsing, buying and ordering holiday gifts, decorations and home decorating items while the family enjoys the amusement rides, foods, free music and children's entertainment that's part of the festival.

Vendor spaces are available at reasonable rates.   Pre-registration and payment is due no later than Oct. 3 Registration and payment after Oct. 1 please add $25.00 to your total payment.   After Oct 1, payment by cash or money order only.

Spaces will be assigned in advance on a first-come, first-served, first paid basis. Those who register can request a space location. Please make a first and second choice for space when completing the form below.

Please review the diagram below and include your request or state no preference.  The 14 Front Corner Spaces under Township tents require an additional $25 registration fee.  Note that the lined-out spaces are already paid for and reserved as of the date on the map below.

Note: There is not any electrical service available this year for vendor displays.  Electric for lighting only  in vendor tents will be made available.

You may register to be a vendor in the Harvest Festival Arts and Crafts Show or a Retail Business or a Community Group by printing and filling out the form above, opening a PDF version of the form by clicking here, printing it and completing it. Mail or fax it as indicated below.

Or you may fill-out the following form online and submitting it automatically by clicking on the "submit" button at the end of the form. 

Note, any community or business groups planning to hand out literature at the event must submit it to the Recreation Committee in advance for approval.
