• AFTER SEPT. 30, ONLY GENERAL ADMISSION SEATS WILL BE SOLD AT THE FESTIVAL ONLY WHILE SUPPLIES LAST.

Friends of the Festival Packs

• Each pack includes a seat in the special section in front of the festival’s main stage from 6 PM until closing on Saturday OR Sunday.
• Seats in the Friends of Festival section will be available to everyone without purchase of Friends Packs from noon to 6 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
• Reserved Seat Packs are $17 each.
• Unreserved Seat Packs are $12 each.  "Unreserved" means at 6 PM on Saturday and or Sunday, purchasers of Unreserved packs will be able to claim their seats in the "unreserved section of the Friends of Festival section on a fist-come, first-served basis.
• Each pack includes a ticket for one free hot dog from the Recreation Committee Food Booth.
• Each pack includes one commemorative festival soda cup that may be filled without cost the first time and is refillable at a discount during that day at the Festival.
• Each pack includes one entry into the Friends of the Festival drawing for prizes to be announced.
• Each pack includes the festival admission charge for the day.

Reservation will be confirmed via email upon receipt of check or cash at the Deerfield Township Municipal Building, PO Box 350, Landis Avenue in Rosenhayn, NJ 08352. 

Checks are to be payable to "Deerfield Township Recreation Trust Fund." 

NOTE: It is suggested that checks or money orders be mailed no later than September 30 to ensure they are received and credited for you by Friday, Oct. 5 at 4 PM. Payments being sent after Sept. 30 should be delivered in person at the Deerfield Municipal Hall, 8 AM - 4 PM, Monday to Friday or sent via expedited mail service.

You may also deliver payments after 4 PM on Friday, Oct. 5, by cash or money order ONLY, to the Festival Main Information Booth near the front doors of Rosenhayn Fire Hall from 6-10 PM on Oct. 5 and beginning at noon on Sat. and Sun., Oct. 6 and 7. Packs reserved in advance and not paid for by 3 PM on Oct. 6 or 7 will be released for sale to others.

After 4 PM on Friday, Oct. 5, questions regarding the Friends Packs or other festival information should be sent via email to festival@dthf.org  at any time or call 856-455-3200 throughout the festival weekend during the following hours:
Oct. 5  5 - 10 PM
Oct. 6 & 7:  10 AM - 9 PM
 

Packs will be available for pick-up with proper ID and copy of confirmation email at the Festival Information Booth near the front doors of Rosenhayn Fire Hall on Friday, Oct. 5 from 6-10 PM and on Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 6 & 7 beginning at noon.

One child under 5 who may be held on adult's lap, may enter reserved area with the one holder of a 'friend of festival pack".

We will make special accommodations for people in wheel chairs in the Friends of the Festival section when we are advised in advance of this need.

Seats in the "Friends Reserved Section" are limited.**  Order today.

** You are making a contribution to the Friends of Festival when you order and pay for these packs. Contributions are not refundable even if weather or other factors cause postponement, cancellation or changes in the entertainment schedule.  We appreciate your support of the festival.

**** We are providing chairs in the reserved "Friends Section". You may not bring your own chairs into this section, other than wheel chairs.  Please let us know if you want to reserve space for a wheel chair.
