Complete the form below and note that this year you may also submit the song within hte form and then hit the submit button to send in your application and song.  Remember to submit audition recording electronically via email at sing@dthf.org or deliver a CD to the Deerfield Municipal Hall by the entry deadline if you do not attach it with your online application. By your submission of this application, you agree to the guidelines of the contest and if you are under 18, your parents or guardians agree to allow you to enter the contest.

Note: There is no theme this year. Entrants may choose any song they prefer as long as it fits in the maximum time-frame and contains no vulgar or unacceptable language or meaning. More than one singer will be permitted to sing a song. We will not attempt to control duplication of songs.
